How do you handle no-shows?

No-shows are on us. An appointment is only billable once the prospect physically shows up. We absorb every cancellation, reschedule, or ghost — that's the whole point of the model.

How do you screen for serious buyers vs. tire-kickers?

Every prospect goes through a real conversation with a trained agent before booking — not a form. We confirm intent, budget range, timing, and fit against your ICP. The unqualified ones never touch your calendar.

How fast can we get started?

From signed contract to first qualified appointment, the median is 7 business days. Setup is light: we just need access to your FB/IG page, your invoicing tool, and a shared comms channel.

Do I keep ownership of the leads and contacts?

Yes. Every prospect becomes your contact, in your CRM, with full conversation history. Day one and after we part ways.

How is the revenue commission calculated and tracked?

A flat percentage of revenue actually collected from clients we delivered, reconciled monthly against your invoicing tool. The rate is industry-specific and disclosed in writing before you sign — no surprises.

What if I don't have a Facebook or Instagram page?

We'll set one up in your name with a minimal brand presence. No content strategy, no posting cadence required from you — the page exists to host the ads, nothing more.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — 30 days' notice. No minimum commitment after the first month. The revenue commission tail runs for 90 days on clients we already delivered, then stops.
